in 2018, i turned 21. like everyone else, i too, wanted to throw a party and have a good time. much to my dismay, something i never saw coming happened and things didn’t work out the way i wanted it to. i was bitter for a while about the whole thing. instead, i spent the day with my family eating at my favourite food joint, it was fun nonetheless. time with family is always time well-spent. in life, you can’t always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you’ll find you get what you need. that’s what 2018 taught me. here’s to 2019 and all the adventures it’ll bring 🥂 good things are coming 🌱 trust and believe 🌷 (at Singapore)
